Dedicated staff

Liz Labuschagne is a qualified professional nurse who truly has a passion for people. She completed a four year nursing course and joined Cause Marketing Fundraisers as a nurse on the mobile mammogram unit truck, assisting with paperwork, detection of abnormalities and follow-up appointments. Lize has a warm and caring personality fuelled by absolute love for life and passion for helping the women of South Africa.

Lize de Jonge has had a lifelong interest in people and is fully committed to ensuring high quality medical access to all South Africans. Her professional background dates back to studies in the field of psychology, from where she broke away and went into the corporate world of project management, eventually owning her own business, before joining Cause Marketing Fundraisers as the PinkDrive Project Manager. The legacy she want to leave behind is compassionate treatment for people in care, regardless of creed, colour or socio-economic background.

Amanda Perry has worked for CMF for three years, at first being involved in a variety of functions from liaising with venues, charities, sponsors and suppliers and making sure the mammo trucks are equipped for screening and educating patients. Amanda enjoys helping people improve their quality of life, be it through funds raised by CMF or just the general support and education that CMF offers. Making a difference in the lives of others is what makes being a part of CMF so valuable for her.

Penny Molefi is an accounts assistant at CMF. Penny’s flair with numbers and accounts makes her role invaluable to CMF as she assists in all financial matters. Futhermore, Penny always lends a helping hand in all other PinkDrive related matters. Penny is currently working on her Certified Junior Bookkeeping Course.

Cecile Meyer has a B Soc Sci Psychology degree and is currently working on her BA Communication Sciences degree. Having an intense love for people and diverse personalities, Cecile has been appointed by CMF to assist Noelene Kotschan (CEO of CMF) with marketing and PR activities. As people are one of her passions, working with this cause has only been rewarding to her.

Joyce Nonyane is the ever friendly and helpful receptionist at CMF and is responsible for handling queries and making interested parties in the PinkDrive feel right at home. Joyce has a real zeal for the PinkDrive and making sure everything is in place and ready to “hit the road”.

Nompilo Mtolo is a qualified nurse who has gained experience in a variety of medical fields including HIV, tuberculosis and counselling. Nompilo is involved with CMF by assisting with increasing breast cancer awareness, health awareness and breast screenings while also passing on referrals pertaining to different needs. Nompilo is passionate about making a difference in the lives of South African women and feels like this cause has given meaning to her nursing career.

Josephine Dikgale is a Project Administrator for the Educational Truck at CMF. Having a strong interest in people and education, Josephine instructs and informs the PinkDrive’s patients on how to choose the correct bra size while informing them on the absolute importance of early detection and self-examination. She is currently studying towards her National Diploma in Correctional Services.

Leon Zwane has been a driver for 15 years and is responsible for ensuring that the Mammogram and Educational trucks are safely transported from one point to the next. Leon’s love for people and dedication to the PinkDrive makes him a perfect and absolutely reliable candidate for this cause.
