Release of Image Clause

When signing up to participate in a PinkDrive event, the following clause must be agreed to and signed by all participants.

RELEASE OF IMAGE CLAUSE

I, hereby agree to afford Pink Drive and/or Cause Marketing Fund Raisers (a non-profit company) and/or Sho-Sho-Lo-Za Marketing (Pty) Ltd and/or any of the aforesaid entities’ associates or business partners permission to make use of my image in photograph, video or other electronic mediums, print mediums, television or film, for such purposes as they may, in their sole discretion, determine.

My accepteance of this clause furnishes an irrevocable consent to all of the aforementioned parties to make use of my image in the aforesaid fashion for such purposes.
