PinkDrive at the Oyster Festival

PinkDrive will be creating awareness about the importance of breast health for early detection of tumours at the Knysna Oyster Festival, 2-11 July 2010.

This innovative and interactive campaign will be focusing on raising funds through the sale of various pink accessories and items that will be distributed at different collection bins at the festival.

In addition, an exciting cycling and running event will be happening over the weekend of 2-4 July and 9-10 July with the Oyster Festival hosting both events whilst the expo will be in full swing selling fabulous PinkDrive goodies.

The proceeds from the total funds raised will be going towards the purchasing of another educational and mammogram unit. These units will then be able to service more women (free of charge to those without medical insurance) that need mammograms and education regarding breast health.

We are calling all runners, cyclists and spectators to wear anything pink, bring their spare change and visit our pink stand to stock up on all your favourite pink items!!
